Yes! We have an '07 Westlake and did have some issues with sway even with a friction sway control installed. Could not imagine how bad it would have been without the sway control!
to help with this problem on the return trip home I repositioned the stuff we had packed onto the floor in the trailer. I moved the heavier stuff to the front and the lighter stuff to the rear.
Doing this made a huge difference.
Give this a try and see if it helps!

Just an FYI..
Kohl's has the Weber babyQ(100) on sale for $89.99 thought to be only at the online store, which by the way shows none available. well yesterday I went to one of the local Kohl's just to see if they happen to have some. well they did, no price was posted, so I carried one up to the register and asked how much? $89.99 + tax.
So I bought one.
those who have been wanting one or thinking about getting one, you might not find it any cheaper. Check Kohl's!
